This phase of the survey includes all employees of Georgia Regents Medical Center, Georgia Regents Medical Associates, and selected Shared Services (Advancement, Compliance, Facilities, IT, HR, OCM, and Supply Chain). University faculty and staff, physicians, and the remaining shared services units will be included in phase 2 of the survey in the spring.
The goal is a 90 percent response rate, and there is still time to participate. Employees from the phase I units can make their opinions count by completing the survey before Nov. 17 at go.gru.edu/2013eesurvey.
The survey process is managed by Press Ganey, an outside vendor to ensure that responses are completely confidential.
Departments that reach a 100 percent participation rate by Nov. 11 will get a pizza party, and everyone who completes a survey is eligible for a random daily drawing conducted by Press Ganey.
Each of the following prizes will be awarded Monday through Friday: $50 Visa gift card, $25 Visa gift card, 2 movie passes, and a voucher for Terrace Dining.
Each Monday, there will be an additional drawing for a three-month membership to the Wellness Center.
The drawings run from Oct. 31 through Nov. 18, so the sooner you complete your survey, the more chances you have to win a prize.
To date, the following prizes have been awarded:
- Four $50 Visa gift cards
