Established in 1926, Forest Hills Golf Club is Augusta’s premier public golf course. Continually named “Best Public Golf Course” by Augusta Magazine, Forest Hills provides an unparalleled golfing experience at one of America’s most storied sporting locations. Countless professionals have golfed at Forest Hills, including Phil Mickelson and Davis Love III, both of whom have repeatedly contended for Masters titles. In 1930, Bobby Jones himself played at Forest Hills, beginning a streak that would eventually become his “Grand Slam” of golf tournaments.

In addition, the course is home to Georgia Regents University’s men’s golf team, winners of the 2010 and 2011 NCAA Division 1 National Championships, and the women’s golf team.

The club also maintains a number of on-staff instructors eager to help those just getting into golf or to lend a helping hand to longtime golfers looking to improve.
