The Employee Engagement survey for the Health System and selected Shared Services units was recently launched. This survey includes all employees with a hire date on or before Sept. 22 employed by Georgia Regents Medical Center or Medical Associates as well as staff who work in Advancement, Compliance, Facilities, HR, OCM, and Supply Chain.

You are encouraged to take 15 minutes to complete this survey because your opinion matters! Our goal is a 90 percent participation rate.
Gaining information about how employees perceive our organization, management, and employee issues is essential. As you recall, we conducted a survey in 2013 to establish a baseline, and this year’s survey will provide an opportunity to measure our improvement initiatives. As a result of the last survey, we increased staffing to improve patient care and implemented the return of the Daily Update and periodic Town Hall meetings to improve communication across the organization.
The survey process is managed by an outside vendor to ensure the submissions are confidential. Your identity and responses will not be shared with anyone from the Health System or University.
To encourage participation, those who complete the survey will be eligible for a variety of daily prizes from random drawings managed by Press Ganey. Prizes include Visa gift cards, movie passes, Terrace Dining vouchers, and Wellness Center membership. Departments that reach a 100 percent participation rate by Nov. 21 will get a pizza party.
